Although the cloud accounting system provides various automated tools to streamline the accounting process, there are some resistances to the change such as the following;

FAQ
- Do we have a group training session?
We currently do not have a group training because we wanted to focus on 1 to 1 training to optimise the learning.
- What if the 1 to 1 Xero Accounting Training crossed the 1-hour mark?
A buffer of 15 minutes is acceptable. However, anything more than 15 minutes is billable at $80/hour.
Tips: Do prepare your questions before the training so that it is capped within the time frame.
- Can I call in if I have any questions after the training?
You can sign up for our call-in support for a year at only $300. Or you can submit your queries to support email and we will reply within 3 working days.
- Is there a refund policy if I decide not to take up the training?
We do not refund the fees once an appointment is booked. This is to reduce administrative burden and also not to cause disruption to other appointments. Please do not make any payment if you have not decided to proceed.
- Is the training covered by any grants?
Currently, the training is not supported by any government grants.
- Do you provide accounting services?
If you want to free up your time, you may engage our cloud accounting service on a monthly basis. Do contact us for a quote.
- How many staff can join the training within the same company?
For the conduciveness of the training, it is recommended not more than 3 employees to attend.
